Here's the bad news: We only saw this clip because an enterprising individual posted it for us. What the league needs is a 7 nights a week highlight show in the U.S. and there isn't any excuse for OLN/Comcast to not be doing it.
Comcast has studios all across the country courtesy of their Comcast SportsNet affiliates in cities like Philly, Washington and Chicago. They have air staff in each of those cities who could host the show, or, alternately, replicate Fox Soccer Channel's model with their weekly MLS Wrap program that combines highlights with a voiceover.
30 minutes, every night, on OLN and most critically, online. The league ought to be demanding this from Comcast.
BONUS FRACAS: Every hear of a "Donkey Kong right"? I guess this clip of Dennis Bonvie and Jason Gratton confirms that my own generation has started to elbow its way into the broadcast booth.

I read something recently that a highlight show from the NHL Network is coming to OLN soon. Unfortunately it doesn't air until midnight or later in the east.
